Steven Knight joined as the director of accounting. In this role, he will enhance Ambrose’s accounting processes and efficiencies, including leading monthly reporting, corporate audits and construction accounting and draws. Knight received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and started his career in public accounting before joining Simon Property Group for 13 years. He most recently served as controller for the past two years at a privately held insurance company.
Ashley Howe joined as a senior accountant. Howe assists with projects from inception to completion, including creating and processing monthly construction draws, preparing monthly financial statement packages, and compiling and analyzing financial information. Prior to Ambrose, she was a controller for 14 years at ESL-Spectrum. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Butler University.
Lauren Reinking joined as an administrative assistant to support front office responsibilities. She brings more than six years of front desk and office management experience, including from her most recent role as office manager and training director at The Flying Cupcake. She graduated from Taylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science.

The personnel additions come as Ambrose continues expanding its national operations. The company’s portfolio includes new industrial, logistics, and e-commerce projects in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus and Louisville, plus developments in Colorado and Florida.
