Barrett & Stokely, Inc. and Third Street Ventures Break Ground on John Purdue Block Apartments in Downtown Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, IN – The highly anticipated John Purdue Block Apartments, a transformative mixed-use development, is officially breaking ground in downtown Lafayette, Indiana. This prestigious project, developed by Barrett & Stokely, Inc. (B&S) and Third Street Ventures, LLC (TSV) as part of a joint venture, marks a milestone in the continued evolution of Lafayette’s vibrant downtown, showcasing the city's commitment to economic development and placemaking.

Strategically located on the banks of the Wabash River, just one block from the county’s historic courthouse, the John Purdue Block represents a rare opportunity to develop in one of the Midwest’s most dynamic economic regions.

The project will integrate both local and state incentives as part of a qualified opportunity zone entity, further enhancing its value as a premier investment in the region.
