The Boston move also reflects Stantec’s post-COVID Flexible Workplace Strategy. The firm expects that a portion of practitioners will work in the office full-time, with a larger percentage working a hybrid schedule — allowing more space to be dedicated to creative and collaborative workflows. Additionally, the move supports Stantec’s global commitment to improving sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.
